We all know that swimming is the most important life saving skill, every individual must have.
With Fitso by your side, you can now become a pro in swimming, no matter if you are just a beginner or even if you are a non-swimmer.
With the right training and guidance, this life saving skill can be learnt easily. We, at Fitso will help you become confident in water so that you can swim anywhere and everywhere.
How are we doing it?
Under the leadership of Mr Raja Ram Tokas, a first of its kind, swimming classes in South Delhi has been started. But no great idea is of any use if its implementation is not at place.
- Picking 50 swimmers for their complete transformation over 3 months.
- Our well structured training program along with focus on the individual trainee is the key to its execution.
- Every month a video analysis of your swim stroke will be conducted and corrective measures shall be explained accordingly.
What can you expect from your Coach:
- Firstly, your present swimming level will be assessed in detail and accordingly, the target goals shall be set for the next 3 months.
- Every Tuesday, a weekly training schedule shall be given to you in advance.
- Suggestion for skill improvement will be given live, during the sessions in the pool.
- Video analysis of your underwater swimming posture shall also be conducted and corrective measures shall be suggested accordingly.
- Also, Expect some extra words of motivation when you are done but not with your workout.

In case you face any medical issues, you can consult our in-house Physiotherapist anytime.
Coaches will help you build muscle strength (untouched in run and cycle) which is crucial in building stamina and thereby shall help you become better swimmers
Not just this, we will carry out some interesting theoretical workshops around swimming and some guest lectures as well. This will help you in knowing the in and out of swimming!
Also for those who will be interested, we shall be giving one Open water swimming session as well at the end of the course.
