  1. This is terrible. You don’t eat a high cholesterol diet and a lot of fruit sugar. It’s a recipe for atherosclerosis. That diet with all the sugar will also leave you starving as your body is flooded with insulin to break down all the carbs from fruit.

    The egg based approach is good. But it should swap all that fruit for low carb salads. That way the body burns off all the VLDL and enters ketosis where the person will no longer be hungry.

  2. Yes i completely agree with egg’s are very nutritious and full of vitamins and proteins which is very important for our body. Wen you are on diet you need to eat the food egg’s and fruits. But when it comes to peeling the egg’s some people’s finds it boring ,I just found out a way which will help you tko peel the egg’s easily neggmaker
